Warranty and Returns

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind with every purchase. Below you’ll find important information regarding warranties and returns for our mobility products.


Manufacturer’s Warranty

All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Unless otherwise stated, all new goods are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty.


Warranty Repairs & Support

For portable items such as:

  • Boot or travel mobility scooters
  • Walking aids
  • Manual wheelchairs
  • Add-on power packs
  • General daily living aids

You may return these to us for repair or remedy during the warranty period. Please note:

  • Callout and carriage charges are not included in the warranty.
  • These charges will apply if you request service or repairs to be carried out away from our premises.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless proven to be faulty or defective:

  • Bathing and personal care products
  • Cushions and mattresses
  • Clothing and footwear
  • Any item that comes into personal contact

This applies regardless of how or where the item was purchased.


Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe an item is faulty or defective:

  • Please contact us first for guidance.
  • Do not return the item to our premises unless we have agreed to accept it.
  • It is a legal offence to send any item that may be contaminated through the postal system or via a courier.
