1. Promotion Overview

By participating in the “Recommend a Friend” scheme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This promotion rewards existing customers or contacts who refer friends or family to purchase selected mobility products including power chairs, riser recliners, adjustable beds, and mobility scooters.

2. Eligibility

The referrer must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.
The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from us.
The referred customer must purchase a qualifying mobility product directly from us.

3. Qualifying Products

Eligible products include:

Power chairs
Riser recliner chairs
Adjustable beds
Mobility scooters

4. Reward Details

The referrer will receive an Amazon gift voucher starting from £20.
The voucher amount may vary depending on the product purchased by the referred customer.
Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of the referred customer’s completed purchase and payment.

5. Referral Process

Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form or communicated directly to our customer service team before the referred customer makes a purchase.
Only one reward will be issued per referred customer.
Multiple referrals are allowed, but each must result in a qualifying purchase to earn a reward.

6. Limitations

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
No cash alternative is available.
We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral scheme.

7. Changes and Termination
