OsteoPriority Part Exchange Scheme

- Eligibility for Part Exchange
- The part exchange program is available for ‘OsteoPriority’ customers wishing to trade in their existing scooters or power wheelchairs towards the purchase of a new or upgraded model from Osteopoise Healthcare.
- Only fully functional and well-maintained scooters and power wheelchairs purchased from Osteopoise Healthcare are eligible for part exchange. Items must be free from significant damage and in good working order.
- Assessment and Valuation
- All part exchange items will be subject to an assessment by our qualified technicians to determine their condition and value.
- The valuation provided by Osteopoise Healthcare is final and will be based on the current market value, age, condition, and model of the item being exchanged.
- Process of Part Exchange
- Customers must provide accurate information about their existing scooter or power wheelchair, including make, model, age, and condition.
- Upon agreement of the valuation, the customer must deliver the item to Osteopoise Healthcare for a final inspection.
- The part exchange value will be deducted from the price of the new or upgraded scooter or power wheelchair at the time of purchase.
- Conditions of Acceptance
- Osteopoise Healthcare reserves the right to refuse any part exchange if the item does not meet our standards or if the information provided by the customer is found to be inaccurate.
- Items that are not accepted for part exchange can be returned to the customer or disposed of at the customer’s request and expense.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that the scooter or power wheelchair is clean and free from personal belongings before handing it over for part exchange.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about the condition and history of the item.
- Customers must arrange for the delivery of the part exchange item to Osteopoise Healthcare, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any costs associated with the transportation of the part exchange item are the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty and Liability
- The part exchange program does not affect the warranty of the new or upgraded scooter or power wheelchair purchased.
- Osteopoise Healthcare is not responsible for any loss or damage to the part exchange item during the assessment or transportation process.
- General Terms
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms regularly.
- Participation in the part exchange program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
