Welcome to our Part Exchange Program, designed to make upgrading your mobility equipment simple, affordable, and stress-free. Whether you’re trading in a power chair or scooter, we’re here to help you transition to a newer model with ease and priority.

1. Eligibility for Part Exchange

To qualify for our part exchange program:

• The item must be a mobility power chair or scooter originally purchased from us or a recognised supplier.
• The equipment must be in working condition or repairable.
• A visual inspection and functional assessment will be conducted before valuation.

2. Valuation Process

• Valuations are based on age, condition, brand, and current market demand. (Nothing more than 5 years old)
• You’ll receive a fair trade-in offer, which can be applied directly toward the purchase of a new model.
• Valuations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

3. Upgrade with Ease

We believe upgrading should be effortless:

• Streamlined Process: From inspection to delivery, our team handles everything.
• Flexible Options: Choose from a wide range of new models with customisable features.
• On-Site Collection: We’ll collect your old equipment when delivering the new one.

5. Warranty & Support

• All new models come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
• Our support team is available for setup, training, and ongoing assistance.

6. Terms of Acceptance

• Final acceptance of part exchange is at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse equipment that poses safety risks or is beyond economical repair.
• Trade-in value cannot be exchanged for cash.
