Comfortable Plus is a cushion with a modelled headrest and side supports, with Velcro fastening. It is intended for patients with special needs. It’s function is to stabilise the whole body by using extended supports that go around the patient’s trunk and fasten with Velcro. The cushion forms an anatomically-fitted corset. The product is intended for patients with cerebral palsy (spastic quadriplegia) with low muscle tone in the trunk. It also provides excellent stability for patients with severe athetosis. The Comfortable Plus is easy to adapt with its unique flexible moulding ability, it can be used in many situations allow you to problem solve where nothing else can.
Back stabilizing cushion with additional side supports provides a comfortable backrest, which also gives the possibility to correct posture defects and improve body control. Wide side supports and a large headrest stabilise the patient, help to secure the neck section and ensure proper head positioning.
