Delivery Information

We deliver our products to a wide geographic area. Contact our sales team for specific information regarding our delivery coverage.
The following prices are for post and packaging to all UK mainland addresses:

Standard delivery:

Minimum charge for next working day by carrier is £15.00 for most small items. Many of our suppliers will not ship to domestic addresses and as such there may be a forwarding cost which will include the cost of carriage which our supplier charges in order to ship the goods to us. Where we can have items expedited directly to you we will offer that facility.

Items that have to travel from some European countries will have an additional transit charge, this will be made clear on your quote or will be disclosed to you prior to accepting your order

Lager items such as chairs,beds and other bulky items will typically be £50-£100 depending on the item we only pass on the true cost of the items being shipped to us by the manufacturer.

we are able to offer a white glove delivery service whereby a larger item such as a chair or chairs, bed or beds are delivered , installed and all packaging removed, We can in some. cases arrange for old items to be removed and responsibly disposed of.  we will discuss this with you at the point of sale.

Your order will be processed by our customer service team who will keep you informed as to when delivery can be expected. Stock items and express delivery items will normally be delivered within in 7-10 working days.

Bespoke, personalised or made to measure orders or where an order is comprised of multiple items will be fulfilled as soon as possible and delivery will be estimated or confirmed shortly after the order is processed by the respective manufacturer. This will be communicated to you as soon as possible from the point of order which is taken as the date of your deposit payment.   Please discuss any urgent needs with us prior to purchase so we can accommodate your needs.

The Company is not obliged to postpone delivery if so requested by the customer, and may charge reasonable fees for storage of goods in that event.

The company reserves the right to make fair and reasonable charges for abandoned  deliveries or where the client fails to notify the company of any change in delivery circumstances. The Customer will be required to sign a delivery note to confirm completion of the delivery.
